RBMODLAB pricing includes: the cost of the genuine watch, hand-painting or customization, assembly, post-production quality control (QC), water-resistance testing, and international shipping. Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please refer to our [Terms of Service] for details.

Kindly note that prices may vary due to fluctuations in the market value of original watches. RBMODLAB reserves the right to adjust or update prices at any time.

Refund policy

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must remain unused and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Watches must retain all protective films; adjusted bracelets are not eligible for return.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.
  • A $30 restocking fee applies to returns; duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refused or unclaimed packages: all related costs (shipping, duties, return fees) will be deducted from your refund.
