RBMODLAB Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to RBMODLAB. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Whether it’s a finely crafted watch, stylish accessory, or collectible design piece, we aim to provide you with a confident and enjoyable shopping experience. Your trust and satisfaction drive us to pursue excellence in every service we provide.


Return Conditions & Requirements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund. Specific conditions are as follows:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must remain in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • A $30 restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable. Any duties, taxes, or fees paid by the Company will be deducted from your refund.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If you refuse or fail to collect a package (resulting in a return to the Company), all related costs—including original shipping, return shipping, customs fees, handling fees, and additional costs—will be deducted from your refund.


Watches

Protection Materials: Returned watches must retain all protective films, covers, and packaging. Removing or altering protection will void the return.
Bracelet Adjustments: Watches with adjusted or modified bracelets are not eligible for return. Please confirm your selection before making modifications.
Photo Verification: Please provide photos of the watch back and protective packaging for return verification.


Custom Watch Services

Custom watches are made to personal specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins. Full prepayment is required, and no refund is available once production starts.

Custom Series Watches: Made-to-order watches are non-returnable and non-refundable after order confirmation and production commencement.

Return & Exchange Instructions

We have designed a smooth and simple process to help you complete returns or exchanges:

1. Request a Return/Exchange

  • Confirm item eligibility per our return conditions.
  • Contact us via replying to your order confirmation email or using our Contact Us page to request a return/exchange.
  • Provide order number and item details. For watches, attach photos for preliminary verification.

2. Receive Instructions

  • We will provide detailed instructions, including a pre-paid return label if applicable.

3. Package the Item

  • Use the original packaging to securely pack your item for shipping.

4. Ship the Item

  • Return the item using the provided pre-paid label.

5. Confirmation & Refund/Exchange Processing

  • Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it for compliance with return conditions.
  • You will be notified whether your return/exchange is approved and details of any refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For exchanges, we will guide you in selecting a replacement item and update your order accordingly.
